Procedure Of Lodging A Claim

As a policyholder and depending on the type of policy that you have, you will need to know the necessary procedures when you submit a claim. What to do when notifying us of your claim?

1. Check your policy contract to determine if you are covered for the event for which you intend to file a claim.
2. Check your premium payment records to ascertain if your policy is in force.
3. Get in touch with our Customer Services Executives at our Office for assistance in filing the claim.
